Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Order Cancellation
6.1 At the User's Request
The User may cancel their order by contacting Vintage Sports Clothing via telephone or email, referencing the order number. Cancellation will be accepted as long as the order has not yet been processed. After processing, Vintage Sports Clothing will attempt delivery, but the User has the option to refuse it.
For cancellation purposes, the User must provide Vintage Sports Clothing with the following information:

6.2 By Decision of Vintage Sports Clothing
Vintage Sports Clothing reserves the right not to process orders when it detects any inconsistency in the personal data provided or observes misconduct on the part of the buyer. Vintage Sports Clothing reserves the right not to process any order or refund in the event of errors in the values and/or characteristics of the products, when these result from technical problems or errors beyond the control of Vintage Sports Clothing.
Return (Right of Withdrawal)
7.1. The User, if a consumer, may exercise the right of withdrawal without being required to pay any compensation, within 30 (thirty) days from the day the consumer acquires physical possession of the goods.
To exercise this right, the User must indicate all their identification data, the subscribed service they wish to cancel, and the subscription date. The communication must be made by email or telephone, through the return of the purchased goods, or by another suitable and verifiable means within the aforementioned period.
The consumer must, within 30 (thirty) days from the date of notification of the withdrawal, return the goods to Vintage Sports Clothing in the proper conditions of use.
The packaging must be returned complete, as it was delivered. The package should be sent to the following address:

7.2. After receiving the returned item at Vintage Sports Clothing the User will be refunded the amount corresponding to the value paid for the order. If you used a promotional discount code, this amount will not be refunded; that is, the refund will only be for the amount actually paid.
7.3. The method of refunding the amount to be returned depends on the payment method used in the respective order. In the case of payments by credit card and PayPal, these are credited to their respective accounts. In other cases, when the NIB (National Interbank Code) information is provided, the refund is made to the indicated bank account. The refund is made within 14 days of receiving the notice of withdrawal and the return of the goods.
7.4. If any of the components of the item sold are missing, or if any of them are not in their original condition, there will be no refund of the price or shipping costs, and the product will be reshipped to the original shipping address.
