2. Acceptance of Terms By placing an order on vintagesportsclothing.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before purchasing.
3. Products All products are vintage or vintage-inspired sporting apparel. We make every effort to accurately describe and photograph items. As vintage items may show signs of age and wear, these are noted in individual product descriptions.
4. Pricing & Payment All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT. We accept payment via the methods shown at checkout. Prices may vary by market.
5. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers) Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, notify us at vintagesportsclothingshop@gmail.com within the 14-day period. You will bear the cost of return shipping. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
6. Shipping We ship across Portugal and the EU. Delivery times and costs are shown at checkout. Risk passes to the customer upon delivery.
